Michael is a graduate of both Texas A&M University and The University of Texas at Dallas. His hands-on experience in construction, renovation, coupled with his expertise in mortgage servicing, has equipped him with an extensive skill set that spans the real estate spectrum. Michael's success in real estate is highlighted by his strategic implementation of various investment strategies, including house hacking, fix to rent, turnkey solutions, owner financing, house f lipping, and buy and hold. Using these strategies he has created a diverse portfolio of rental properties. Outside of work Michael and his wife Lindsay have 3 exceptional kids. He spends lots of time at swim meets, basketball and volleyball games, and Scout meetings.
